From the first sample to the final certificate, every component we make is produced in our own UK workshops. Design, cutting, sewing, assembly, testing and release to service all happen under one roof. That means one supplier, one point of accountability, and parts that are ready to install when they arrive.

We manufacture soft and hard cabin interior components for every class of cabin, from economy to first and business suites, and for private and VIP aircraft.
Seat covers and dress covers
Leather, fabric and synthetic leather, cut and sewn to OEM patterns or to new designs for retrofits and rebranding.
Seat cushions and foams
Replacement and upgraded cushion sets built to the original specification, including fire-blocking layers and lightweight options.
We work to OEM drawings and CMMs, or we develop new parts together with our Design team, from concept through to certified production.
In aviation, a part is only as good as its paperwork. Compliance is part of our manufacturing process from the start, not something checked at the end.
